Terms of service

Vizidex measures which sources ChatGPT cites across shopper questions in your product category, scores your brand's share of that visibility, and drafts an outreach and on-page plan against the gaps. You review and send anything that leaves the product; Vizidex does not contact publications on your behalf.

Audit results are a correlational monitoring signal, measured against a frozen query set at a point in time on a named model. They are not a promise that ChatGPT recommends you, that closing a gap moves a sale, or that any outreach lands. AI search behavior changes as the underlying models change, and readings taken on different models are not directly comparable.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on /pricing before any checkout.

Don't use the service to misrepresent measurements as your own research product, to probe categories for spam or link-scheme outreach, or to attempt access to other customers' data. Accounts doing so may be suspended.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding month. We may update these terms, and will date changes at the top of this page. Questions go to hello@vizidex.app.
